“Working with Dame Vera was a great experience and had always had much admiration for all she had achieved. I remember the first day we meet, she was so charming and I spent the day at her house have tea and cakes, talking about all sorts! Razor sharp and very witty, but above all I remember how kind she was. I’ve continued to do various artwork for her charity and hope to keep raising funds for her charities”.
